All of our designs are hand made to order from our Studio in Bath, U.K.
The production times for each design vary and are listed in the product descriptions.
The delivery times listed below refer only to how long delivery will take once your order has been made and dispatched.
RUSH ORDERS: If you require your order urgently please contact us prior to ordering to discuss if we are able to expedite the production time.
UNITED KINGDOM
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivery time is approximately 2 days once dispatched. This is an estimated time frame and can take longer if delays out of our control occur within the postal system. *
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Delivery time is approximately 1 day once dispatched. This is an estimated time frame and can take longer if delays out of our control occur within the postal system. *
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Delivery is guaranteed next business day by 1pm once dispatched.
EUROPEAN UNION
Royal Mail International Tracked: Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days once dispatched. This is an estimated time frame and can take longer if delays out of our control occur within the postal system. *
Orders may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying any taxes and duties due.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
Royal Mail International Tracked: Delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days once dispatched. This is an estimated time frame and can take longer if delays out of our control occur within the postal system. *

For U.S. customers, the 10% tariff for importing goods from the UK is included in the price of the product and will not have to be paid upon delivery.
* It is very rare for a package to go missing, but in the unlikely event, please note that we are unable to give refunds for lost packages until 30 business days after the dispatch date. If your order arrives within 30 business days you are obliged to return it in order to receive a refund.
