We hope you will love the pieces made for you, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out… 

Returns are accepted on all items (with the exception of those detailed below) under the following conditions:

-The item must be shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date in the original condition and box. 

-The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs fees or taxes applied on those sent from outside the U.K. To avoid such charges you must mark the item as ‘returned goods’ on the customs form. We recommend a secure method of shipping as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned items lost or damaged in transit.

-To initiate a return please send a message via the ‘Contact’ page and we will get back to you with the return address.

Items not eligible for return:

-All designs made with sculpted clay flowers. Each flower is individually hand crafted to order especially for you in a complex process and so items with these flowers are therefore non-refundable. 

-Custom made pieces or original designs that have been customised to your specification are non-refundable once paid for.

-Items that have been personalised with initials or dates.
